Aluminum Based Alloy Plant Cooling Equipment

Homogenizing furnace cooling chamber is applicable in aluminum alloy plant to cool down aluminum rod and billet. The chamber is constructed with Q235 steel or 201 stainless steel which cool down the aluminum rod via air cooling or air cooling + water cooling methods. It achieves one-time cooling of 2 tons – 60 tons aluminum rod. Nevertheless, we provide custom-made service according to the customers' requirements.

Cooling fan is installed beside the cooling chamber. Air is drawn into the cooling chamber from one side when the fan is switched on and exit from the other side. The purpose of aluminum rod rapid cooling is achieved.
