We design and manufacture the melting furnace package and related auxiliary machine according to the customer needs on the melting and casting production line, achieving the expectations of the customers.
We suggest or arrange the space in the melting and casting workshop in accordance to the length of the aluminum rod manufactured by our customer. Generally, the aluminum rod has length 6 meters or 12 meters. In another words, the height of the melting and casting workshop is determined by the length of the aluminum rod.
3 choices on furnace lining: bricklaying, semi-casting, full casting
The inner structure adopts the fire-resistant materials such as firebricks, clay bricks, high alumina bricks, non-stick aluminum castable, castable for burner, general castable, steel fiber castable, thermal insulation materials, silicic acid paper, high alumina refractory clay, etc. All these fire-resistant materials ensure the quality of the melting furnace and reduce the heat leakage from the internal furnace.
The technicians will conduct treatment on the heat insulating layer and the layer has direct contact with the liquified aluminum. If the molten pool is semi-casting or full casting furnace lining, our technicians will add up a layer of fire clay on the fire brick. It repels the liquified aluminum and has excellent heat resistance and heat insulating capability. It is convenient to clean up the molten pool and helps to extend the lifespan of the melting furnace after slag disposal. After the development of the molten pool is completed, it is necessary to apply a layer of non-stick aluminum castable to prevent the aluminum liquid from adhering to the inner wall of the molten pool.
After the completion of furnace molten pool and lining, the welding technicians carry out welding on the mechanical components and assembly them to a complete melting furnace. This process can be divided into two parts. Firstly, installation of the components for the furnace to operate automatically. Secondly, installation of the combustion system and burner as well as the control cabinet of the temperature measuring components. At this stage, the furnace is ready to enter the final stage of the manufacturing process.
We connect the electrical cabinet at the melting furnace after complete installation of the machinery components and thus the melting furnace package installation is completed.
Install casting machine, casting platform, connecting sluice and filter tank.
The furnace is operable at this stage. Next, perform commissioning on the melting and casting production line to ensure all the components are installed correctly.
After certified commissioning, the melting furnace can perform normal production.
