This project was developed for an aluminum processing company in Romania. The customer placed particular emphasis on stable billet production and consistent product quality to support its manufacturing operations.

This project was developed for an aluminum producer in the UAE to support aluminum billet melting, casting, and subsequent homogenizing operations.

This project was developed for an aluminum billet producer in India. The customer upgraded its casting equipment to improve production stability and billet surface quality, with the goal of meeting the billet quality requirements for downstream aluminum extrusion.

The customer required a flexible aluminum billet production system capable of handling different billet specifications and multiple aluminum alloys. The casting system therefore needed to support flexible production scheduling and efficient changeover between different production requirements.

This project was developed for a company specializing in the R&D and production of specialty aluminum alloys for new energy vehicles, aerospace, and advanced industrial applications.

In 15 August 2015, ALU from Egypt purchased 15 tons melting and aluminum casting line from us. The customer required equipment which fueled by heavy crude oil and has the capability to manufacture aluminum rod with diameter 5 inches, 7 inches, 9 inches and length 6 meters. We analyzed our customer needs and studied their daily production. Next, we proposed 15 tons melting and casting line scheme as well as the price quotation for our customer reference. We had follow-up contact with our customer, ALU to confirm the scheme and they made a purchase order with us. The 15 tons melting and casting production line and the machine package was purchased.

In 27 November 2015, AKFA GROUP from Uzbekistan purchased 25 tons melting and aluminum casting line from us. They use natural gas as fuel for the manufacturing process of aluminum rod with 5 inches, 7 inches, 9 inches and length 6 meters. After understanding their needs, we proposed a 25 tons melting and casting line scheme as well as the price quotation for our customer reference. We had follow-up contact with our customer via WeChat and email. After few amendments on the proposed scheme, they made a purchase order with us 6 months later.

In March 2012, a customer from Uzbekistan approached us to purchase 25 tons natural gas melting furnace. The customer used diesel as burning fuel previously which has low combustion efficiency and causes serious pollution. The local government requested them to reform the factory in order to reduce emission and pollution to the environment. The customer visited our company and highly recognized the quality of our melting furnace and its design.

In June 2016, a customer from Turkey approached us via trading company in Guangzhou to purchase a custom-made 25 tons melting and holding furnace from us. The customer requested liquid propane gas as fuel for the furnace. Therefore, we designed and custom-made a melting and holding furnace using liquid propane gas as fuel in accordance to their needs.

In August 2015, a customer from India visited our factory. The customer requested solution schemes from us to custom-made a melting and holding furnace with 10 tons production daily after the visitation. The furnace was requested to fuel by heavy oil. Therefore, we proposed 10 tons melting and holding furnace scheme according to our customer needs. With 8 hours per shift and 3 shifts per day, the daily production achieved 30 tons.

In November 2016, customer from Uganda paid a visit to our factory. The customer decided to purchase the 8 tons melting and holding furnace production line from us which using diesel as fuel. In Uganda, diesel is relatively cheaper compared to natural gas, LPG and electricity. According to the actual condition in the place, we adopted the suggestions from our customers and eventually had an agreement to custom-made the 8 tons melting and casting furnace for our customer.

In March 2012, customer from Uzbekistan approached us to purchase 25 tons holding furnace using natural gas as fuel. We manufactured the furnace according to customer needs as well as the request from the local government on reducing pollutant emission so that it is environmentally friendly. The furnace functions normally until today.

In August 2016, a customer from Uzbekistan approached us to purchase a custom-made 20 tons holding furnace using electric heater.

In November 2014, a customer from India approached us to purchase a 25 tons holding furnace using heavy oil burner.

In November 2016, a customer from Malaysia approached us to purchase a 10 tons holding furnace using diesel burner. It operates normally until today.

In March 2012, we supplied 50 tons homogenizing furnace using natural gas as combustion fuel to a customer from Uzbekistan. Through revisit, we are notified that the homogenizing furnace operates normally.

In 2015, we supplied 30 tons homogenizing furnace using electric heater to a customer from Ukraine. We contact the customer in 2018 via email and phone call and were notified that the homogenizing furnace still operates normally.

In April 2015, a customer from Vietnam purchased the custom-made 20 tons homogenizing furnace from us and it operates normally until today.
