We have more than 20 years of experience in projects implementation of industrial furnaces and casting production line supporting schemes. As such, we are able to provide reasonable design layout of the casting workshop in accordance to our customers' needs as well as providing the optimized solutions for melting and casting furnace, casting furnace, casting machine, launder, filter tank and so on. Besides, we can provide upgrading schemes to the present machines in the casting workshop that are currently in use such as equipment optimizing, new technology refurbishment, energy saving, etc.
After shipping of melting furnace machinery to our customers, we will arrange professional technicians for on-site guidance on installation and perform commissioning consists of the following stages:
