Charging Machine for Homogenizing Furnace

The main purpose of homogenizing furnace charging machine is to feed the aluminum rod after completing the casting process into the homogenizing furnace. The homogenizing charging furnace from our company has fix guide rail. It is driven by electrical engine to move back and forth. When the charging machine is near with the furnace, the electrical engine will drive the pushing rod on the charging machine to feed the aluminum rod into the homogenizing furnace.

• It can be used together with multiple homogenizing furnaces.
• Composite feeding machine adopts hydraulic proportional adjustment. It can slow down the speed of the charging machine and align it with the target accurately with precision less than or equal with 5mm.
