This project was developed for an aluminum producer in the UAE to support aluminum billet melting, casting, and subsequent homogenizing operations.
Project Requirements & SolutionsBased on the customer’s requirements for stable molten aluminum supply, billet quality control, and continuous production, the project was configured with melting, billet casting, homogenizing, and aluminum dross recycling systems.
The main project requirements included:
- Stable Molten Aluminum Supply and Melting Control
To improve charging and melting efficiency, promote more uniform molten aluminum composition, and support continuous casting operations, the project uses two 35-ton tilting aluminum melting furnaces, together with a rotary furnace charging car and electromagnetic stirring system. - Aluminum Billet Homogenizing
A 50-ton homogenizing furnace system, including a cooling chamber and 3D billet loading & unloading car, is used to control billet heating, soaking, and cooling. The system helps improve the billet’s internal structure and subsequent extrusion performance. - Centralized Production Monitoring
The complete line is equipped with an integrated network monitoring system for collecting equipment operating data and production information, enabling centralized monitoring and production management across the melting, casting, and homogenizing processes.

Aluminum Dross Recycling System
Huitai integrated an industrial network monitoring system across the complete production line, enabling centralized data collection, real-time equipment status monitoring, and production traceability for both main and auxiliary equipment. This supports improved production management and more reliable equipment operation.
The combination of medium-capacity tilting melting furnaces, an efficient combustion system, and a 50-ton homogenizing furnace system helps reduce energy consumption per ton of aluminum. The aluminum dross recycling system also helps minimize metal loss, supporting both economic efficiency and more environmentally responsible production.
