The air-oil slip billet, also known as a slab casting table, is designed for casting aluminum and aluminum alloy billets and slabs using an air-oil lubrication system. For round billet production, the casting table accommodates billet diameters from 90 to 355 mm.
- The air-oil lubrication system mixes compressed air with a small quantity of lubricating oil and delivers the mixture to the graphite rings, providing continuous and uniform lubrication during casting.
- The cooling water tank distributes cooling water evenly to the molds to help maintain stable mold temperatures throughout the casting process.

Reduces sticking between the cast billet and graphite ring, helping improve billet surface quality. - Reduced Graphite Ring Wear
Continuous lubrication helps reduce wear on the graphite rings, extending the service life of the molds and graphite rings.
