Aluminum Dross Screening Machine
Aluminum dross screening machine is designed to classify aluminum dross after grinding. Using screens with different mesh sizes, the screening machine separates the processed material into fine, medium, and coarse fractions for subsequent recovery and processing.
After grinding, the aluminum dross passes through the screening machine, which classifies the material into three fractions based on particle size.
- Fine Dross: Directly bagged for collection.
- Medium Dross: Sent to the cooling machine for further processing.
- Large Aluminum Particles: Returned to the melting furnace for reuse.
- The drum screening structure provides continuous classification of processed aluminum dross.
- Multiple stainless steel screens are used to separate the material into different particle-size fractions (e.g., fine, medium, and large).
- Different material fractions can be directed to the appropriate downstream or reprocessing stage to support further aluminum recovery.
