Rotary-Type Charging Machine (Scrap Charging Car)
Rotary-type charging machine is designed for charging aluminum scrap and ingots into aluminum melting furnaces. Huitai charging machine features a heavy-duty double-layer steel chassis, a fully hydraulic drive system, and a charging bin with ±90° rotation, allowing loading and charging operations to be carried out away from the furnace opening.

Features- Reduce Furnace Heat Loss
Equipped with a charging bin that moves forward at 7 m/min and backward at 15 m/min; the faster return movement shortens furnace-door opening time, helping reduce heat loss and maintain a more stable furnace temperature. - Safer Loading Operation
Aluminum scrap and ingots can be loaded into the charging bin by forklift or overhead crane at a position away from the furnace opening. Machine travel and charging are controlled through an operator-controlled electrical system with proximity switches, reducing the need for personnel to work close to the high-temperature furnace area. - Flexible Charging Position
The charging bin can rotate ±90°, allowing the machine to accommodate different furnace positions and workshop layouts. The travel direction and charging position can be adjusted according to the furnace opening and material-loading area. - Designed for Continuous Operation
The rotary-type charging machine uses a heavy-duty chassis with a hydraulic variable-speed travel drive. Key components, including the hydraulic power unit and guide rails, are protected for operation in the high-temperature and dusty conditions of aluminum melting shops, supporting 24-hour continuous production.
- Positioning: The rotary-type charging machine travels along the rails to align with the designated furnace opening.
- Bin Rotation: The charging bin rotates up to 90° in either direction to face the forklift or overhead-crane loading area.
- Loading: Aluminum scrap or ingots are loaded into the charging bin by forklift or overhead crane.
- Bin Movement: A hydraulic cylinder moves the charging bin forward into the furnace chamber.
- Charging: The pusher moves forward at 5 m/min to feed the material into the furnace.
- Return: After charging, the pusher and charging bin return at 10 m/min and 15 m/min respectively, allowing the furnace door to close.
- Reset: The charging machine travels back to the initial loading position and prepares for the next cycle.
