This furnace type consists of fixed rectangle furnace or circle furnace equipped with tilting device. The furnace is tilted with hydraulic cylinder after the completion of the melting process to allow the molten metal to flow into the static furnace.

    2. Twin-Chamber Melting Furnace Twin-chamber melting furnace is designed for secondary aluminum production and aluminum scrap recycling. The separated two-chamber design allows aluminum scrap to be preheated, dried, and melted in an enclosed chamber without direct flame impingement.
